She is a visionary leader, registered nurse, and mental wellness coach with a strong focus on social innovation and systems building. She is the Founder of MENTHALI, a social impact organization committed to advancing mental health and resilience through education, advocacy, and community-based solutions. MENTHALI’s work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3, 4, and 8, and has directly reached over 2,000 school-aged children and adolescents, 1,000+ young people, and trained 30+ educators through transformative programs like BLOOM, an in-school Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum.
Semiloore also serves as the Convener of the Thrive Conference, a multidisciplinary event that bridges mental health with business, education, leadership, and life — emphasizing wellness as a foundation for productivity and purpose.
Beyond her work with MENTHALI, Semiloore coaches early-stage visionaries; individuals ready to build but in need of clarity, structure, and alignment. She is the creator of the course “Visioning in God’s Way,” author of “Before You Begin,” and host of Unwind with TSO, an annual reflection and renewal event for young builders preparing for a new year. Her work also extends into organizations where she trains teams on emotional intelligence, workplace mental health, and sustainable well-being practices, ensuring that the people behind the work remain whole, focused, and mentally strong.
“I’ve always been fascinated by the essence of being human, the emotions we feel, the minds we carry, and how we connect with one another. From the moment I began dreaming about a career path, I knew it had to revolve around people’s mental and emotional wellbeing. No other profession ever felt right except one that allowed me to protect and promote mental health.
That passion led me to Menthali, a mental health organization that aligns perfectly with my purpose. Joining Menthali has been a defining step in my advocacy journey, giving me opportunities to learn, contribute to mental health projects, and amplify my voice as an advocate for awareness, healing, and humanity.
